Charli D’Amelio is from the top TikTok creators with over 104.5 Million followers; she is now explaining her mental health candidly and how it helped her with the Insane effects of growing up to immense fame young age.
The professional dancer, 16, opened up to Avani Gregg on her new Facebook show “Here For It” as she found to cope with the anxiety.
Charli said: “I used to have such bad panic attacks in the third grade. This is what happened and this is how it affected me up until literally three weeks ago.”
“It hurt so bad I didn’t want to talk about it… I will cry for three days straight and I’m not even Charli anymore.”
The actress of “StarDog and TurboCat” Mentioned: “I’m just this emotional person that doesn’t function properly. And I get into these, like, really, really bad places, and it’s scary for me.”
“I’m not myself, and I don’t know what takes over, but it’s just so much built up that I’m trying to get out all at once, and it’s really tough. Especially when you have everyone feeling like they have an invitation to say anything about you,” Charli D’Amelio continued.
“No matter how many people you have, how many followers, how many friends… I’ve never felt as alone as I do. It’s scary, but I need to talk about it.”
Charli gave her fans a message they should cone out if they have anxiety and opened and praised the therapy; if they are going through the dark times like her, they should come out.
D’Amelio concluded: “Even if you think, ‘Hey I’m doing great,’ it doesn’t hurt to get help. It doesn’t hurt to talk to someone. It’s genuinely really awesome because even though sometimes you feel genuinely alone, you have someone to talk to.”
