Kris Jenner’s former bodyguard, Marc McWilliams, filed a lawsuit against the star based on sexual harassment he claimed to have experienced while working for her.
Jenner’s lawyer, Marty Singer, vehemently denied the accusations.
He said the bodyguard never went into Jenner’s house, stating that she had very little interaction with the bodyguard.
Kris’s ex-bodyguard stated in documents that he was “subject to a pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances” while working for Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian.
Marc began work as a security officer for Jenner and Kourtney in 2017. Marc claims states that the alleged sexual harassment began in May that year.
He also claimed that his employing company, David Shield security ignored his complaints. He says he was terminated from his job in September 2018 as a result of his accusations.
According to the documents, Marc hints that Jenner made sexual remarks about his physical appearance. He also claims that she made “lewd suggestive and other discriminatory comments” at him and his co-workers.
Marc accused Jenner of massaging his neck, shoulders, and arms, and resting her hand on his groin. He claimed that she would ignore his pleas to stop.
Mr. Singer, however, stated that the reason for Marc’s dismissal was because Marc was caught repeatedly sleeping in his car while on the job.
