Simon Cowell has started to gain weight by putting an end to his vegan diet, which is more important for him after breaking his back in the Accident.
After the Accident with his electric bike, the star who was seen recently walking with family after the injury in August was having emergency surgery for fixing the spine.
One of his closest friends, the 52-year-old Sinitta, told The Sun: “I spoke to him last week and sounded so much better.”
“He wasn’t dazed, sedated or weak. He was really bright, happy and clear.”
Going into in-depth details, she continued: “He’s gained a bit of weight and is looking healthier.”
“He said he had to start eating protein, calcium and break his vegan diet to rebuild his strength.”
She agreed to Simon’s decision and said: “That’s the wisest thing. He was bloated and stressed, then he was too thin and exhausted.”
And concluded: “Now he is fit and relaxed. He’s found his sweet spot. He sounds relieved and exhilarated. The sea air is so healing and rejuvenating.”
