Sophie Wessex had decided to go into Self-isolation after she knew that she had come in contact with a person who has tested positive for coronavirus.

Prince Edward’s wife, Sophie, had not realised any symptoms of the deadly virus so far.
“Earlier this week The Countess of Wessex came into contact with someone who has subsequently tested positive for COVID-19,” the statement came from the royal family.
“She is not experiencing any symptoms, but is following all relevant government guidelines and is self-isolating at home.”
Mirror Online got words from the insider of the palace, that reads: “The Countess has not been in contact with the Queen or any other royals outside her own family since meeting the affected person.”
“She will continue to self isolate at home as per the government advice.”
