The incident took place just a few hours before the performance. The former EastEnders star lifted the Glitterball Trophy with the pro dancer partner Artem Chingvintsev in 2010.

She was forced to perform through the second half of the finale with her arm’s torn ligament. The Kama managed to do her best to ignore the pain. “During the night, the injury she got while performing her energetic dance to Queen’s Don’t Stop Me.”

Now along with her partner, Artem, when she spoke to Mirror Online, Kara confessed, “I always get a little bit upset about my finals.” She also mentioned that “I was in quite a lot of pain on the last performance day,” So my final dance was a bit of a car crash.
She added; The injury was just awful because she couldn’t move.

She was also told to rest for six weeks after the fact and had to attend physiotherapy sessions for her arm to recover fully.
