Demi Lovato’s Empowering Message About Fighting Eating Disorders And Body Confidence

Demi Lovato have taken the post to her social media with a gliter coated on her strech marks and gave a empowering statement about the “Fighting Eating Disorders” and “Body Confidence” as she shares her own experiences.

The pop star, 28, have been going through the high struggles in her life but Demi is always open minded towards ger fans ans close once in her ups and downs.

She also frequently spoken about body positivity and raised louder voice. Also accepted that she has was going through battle against eating disorders in past.

Taking straight to Instagram, Demi Lovato said: “I used to genuinely believe recovery from an eating disorder wasn’t real. That everyone was faking or secretly relapsing behind closed doors.”

“‘Surely she throws up here and there’, ‘she can’t POSSIBLY accept her cellulite ’… those we’re just a few of the things that I used to tell myself growing up.”

“I’m so grateful that I can honestly say for the first time in my life – my dietitian looked at me and said ‘This is what eating disorder recovery looks like’.”

Demi also shared about her personal development, as she wrote: “In honor of my gratitude for the place I’m in today this was a lil shoot I did by myself in quarantine this summer when I wanted to celebrate my stretch marks instead of being ashamed of them.”

“I started wearing actual glitter paint on my stretch marks to celebrate my body and all of it’s features (whether society views them as good OR bad) My stretch marks aren’t going away so might as well throw a lil glitter on em amiright?”

Demi Lovato, tge popstar went on: “Also let this be a reminder to anyone who doesn’t think it’s possible: IT ACTUALLY IS.”

Music Video: Marshmello and Demi Lovato Gave Message To The Fans “OK Not To Be OK”

Marshmello teamed up with Demi Lovato for uplifting the new song for giving a message on Global Suicide Prevention Day. You can watch Excellent music video down.

“It’s a message so many need—and deserve—to hear.”

On September 10, Thursday, Marshmello and Demi Lovato teamed up for the new music album, titled as “OK Not To Be OK.”

The song clearly says that not everyone or everything is perfect in the world, which was recognized by fans immediately from the moment the track starts.

“Don’t get lost in the moment / Or give up when you’re closest,” Demi sang this line in the track.
“All you need is somebody to say / It’s OK not to be OK.”

Fans get teleported back in the 1990s at the starting of the track as Demi and Marshmello wake up in their childhood bedrooms. Younger, insecure versions of themselves confront the duo before the pair comes together to realize that, “It’s OK not to be OK.”
